Preparations for the first painting in the series proceed. The finished theater has movable side panels that can be swiveled on dowels. Scene One will show a quaint Alpine village in which the inhabitants confront a mysterious stranger.

In the second state of Elisa’s bookplate I darkened the wing and added some texture, increasing the drama and visual impact of the piece.
