I recently entered the Oil Painters of America show – The 2017 Eastern Regional Exhibition – and, my piece, “Carrot and Stick” was accepted. OPA is pleased to announce that the Eastern Regional Exhibition will be hosted by Anderson Fine Art Gallery, located in St. Simons Island, Georgia, from November 17 through December 16, 2017. Anderson Fine Art Gallery is hosting an opening reception and awards ceremony on Friday, November 17, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. for artists, friends, press and the public with the awards presentation at 7:30 p.m. Associate and Signature member entries canvas size may not exceed 480 square inches. OPA is pleased to have Signature artist Howard Friedland serve as this year’s Juror of Awards.
