Building a small theater in my studio for the next painting. The front is laminated paper on board, but the theatre can handle movable side wings and can be illuminated with small spot lights. The blowfish simply shows how the theater immediately creates context that suggests story and mystery. The figure in the background is a pastel that is leaning up against storage cabinets behind the table.
