Apartments at the Peter Studebaker Building

Located at 627 West Washington Street this former home of Peter Studebaker of the Studebaker family was built in 1895. This building is in the Queen Anne style architecture and was built 9 years after Tippecanoe Place by Peter Studebaker as his private residence. The building was converted to apartments in the 1940’s after the war. The building was acquired by me, Alan Larkin, in 2000. I continue to run it as an apartment building. There are 10 units of varying sizes and the building is exceptionally well maintained with many amenities.
